Kente is one the popular work in Ghana.Alot of people came from all part of the world to see how they Wave it, one of the interesting thing is that kente is use for many occasions.eg wedding, chiefs uses, adoring etc. In most cases hand craft workes also use it for making storphin chair, decorations, room divider and more. Kente waving started from the athience days, it is one of our great hanter who is hanting and saw spider waving he hide and watch how the spider is waving the web he quickly came back home and practice it with thread and he is able to form clothes and he name it kente which is derived from the world (kete). Ke means open and te means hit.
